Welcome
In the Beginning:
Tikka (our first Weimaraner) was purchased in 1982 as a pet and it wasn't until 1984 that Tikka was taken to a ribbon parade at which she won a ribbon. With this, I was hooked and in next to no time Tikka became Ch Lady Tikka of Nimbus. Tikka won a Reserve of Group. From her first litter she produced a lovely boy Ch Carnmellis Acclaim (Ben) who did extremely well in the ring, being one of the early Weimaraners to gain a group placement. We had a go at agility and field trialling with Ben and he enjoyed both of these activities.
The Growing Years:
In 1987 we purchased Aust Ch Bromhund Ellice from the Mayhews. Gretal went on to become the first All Breeds Best In Show winner and the first Weimaraner to attain her Grand Champion status. At the age of 8 she also passed her Qualifying Certificate in the field.
Where we're going:
In our endeavour to improve on what we already have, we will be using some of the semen that we have had stored away for many years.
